Golf Fitness
It takes strength, power, flexibility, balance, core stability, body awareness, and endurance to play consistent golf. Our golf fitness program was designed to accomplish all of these components. Through a functional movement screening, we can detect asymmetries and weaknesses in your movement patterns. A specific plan will be designed to correct these findings and be implemented in our office. We will also design a home work out plan as well as a proper warm up routine to perform prior to your first swing.
Our office and training facility utilizes the Medx core strengthening equipment, Power Plate, Quadmill and the Art of Strength training system for fitness.
